Concept

블러드시티는 에버랜드의 좀비 테마 호러 축제로 2017년도 이래로 큰 인기를 끌며 에버랜드의 대표축제 중 하나로 자리잡았다.

기존 블러드시티 행사가 피와 관련된 요소들을 전면적으로 활용해 'Blood City'의 아이덴티티를 강조하며 공포와 관련된 직접적인 요소와 오브젝트를 사용해 직관적인 이미지들을 연출하는데 중점을 두었다면, 2020년도 블러드시티에서는 블러드시티를 점령한 서커스 단장 'X'라는 새로운 등장인물을 시나리오에 등장시킴과 동시에 기존 좀비 테마와는 다른 호러 아이덴티티를 확립하고자 하였다.

Blood City has become one of Everland's flagship festivals since 2017, drawing significant popularity as a zombie-themed horror festival.

While the previous Blood City events heavily utilized blood-related elements to emphasize the identity of "Blood City" and focused on creating intuitive images using direct horror-related elements and objects, the 2020 edition introduced a new character, the circus ringmaster 'X', who has taken over Blood City. This addition to the scenario aimed to establish a new horror identity distinct from the traditional zombie theme.

Dark Xircus

서커스가 주는 화려하고 강렬한 이미지와 기괴한 연출을 대비시키는 공간 구성으로 기존의 메인 컬러였던 빨강에 더해 파랑, 노랑, 보라색 등 화려한 중채도 컬러 조합을 통해 서커스의 이미지와 요소를 강조했다.

To contrast the glamorous and intense imagery associated with the circus, the space was designed with a juxtaposition of eerie elements. In addition to the existing main color, red, vibrant mid-saturation color combinations such as blue, yellow, and purple were added to emphasize the imagery and elements of the circus.

Dark Street

소재의 집합을 통하여 시각적인 효과를 연출하며 포토 스팟으로 활용될 수 있는 공간으로 기괴한 디자인과 화려한 색상의 조합을 통한 위화감을 조성하여 공포감이 들도록 연출하였다.

메인 컬러인 Red와 Blue에 Purple까지 더해 Dark Street 의 마감재 컬러로 적용하여 화려한 분위기를 가져왔다.

단계별 컬러를 자연스럽게 표현하기 위해 구간별 조명 컬러는 영역별 지정 컬러와 동일 색의 컬러 조명을 투과하여 자연스러운 그라데이션 효과를 연출했다.

Through the assembly of various materials, the space was designed to create visual effects and serve as a photo spot. By combining eerie designs with vibrant colors, an atmosphere of unease was cultivated, aiming to evoke a sense of horror.

The main colors, Red and Blue, along with Purple, were incorporated as the finishing materials' colors for Dark Street, bringing a vibrant atmosphere to the space.

To seamlessly represent the color progression, lighting colors for each section were achieved by permeating the designated area color with lights of the same hue, creating a natural gradient effect.
